All Forge and Cast Source India (AFACS) is a partnership firm floated in June, 2003 by two professionals, Mr. Sarat Gupta and Mr. Lalit Kakrania.
The firm was set up with the idea of providing world class sourcing services to International customers.
The firm has been able to work with clients in Germany, Italy, Switzerland and USA. We have developed over 150 different parts from the simple parts to the complex differential housing assemblies. The range of developed parts include bearing needles, investment castings, pins, gears (straight, helical and straight bevel), Oil pumps, differential housings (in forging and casting) etc. We have a set of satisfied customers who are repeatedly showing confidence in us with repeat business.
We have set up a manufacturing base to be able to control the quality as well as the delivery times and this gives us a substantive edge in meeting our commitments. We have with us, at present, 2 CNC turning centers and one Vertical Machining centre and five conventional lathes and a drill machine.
At present, the company employs about 40 people. The company achieved a turnover of about USD 1 million in the year 2006-07. We expect to reach a turnover of USD 2 million in the year 2007-08.
We are certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards by TUV South Asia Private Limited.
